Food Truck Vendors

Set up is: Aug. 25 6-8 PM     Aug. 26 . 8-10 AM
There is no charge for food truck vendors. There is a $25 charge for electricity per 110 volt outlet. 
Quite generators are welcome. You will be parking in the field facing the stage pavilion

The event hours are 10-6pm. For safety reasons, there are no early tear downs or departures.

All other vendors
Set up is: Aug. 26 . 8-10 AM
ALL VENDORS WIIL BE SET UP IN THE OUTDOOR PAVILION.
This the 1st pavilion people will walk past as they enter into the event. This pavilion will be located behind the band pavilion, so you can effectively talk with your customers. 

If you have rented a 10x10 spot, there is no need to bring your pop-up tent. All vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, table covering, and all items that you will need to display.
Vendors that are renting electricity must bring their own extension cord. Vendors that did not pay for electricity, are not permitted to use electricity.

When you pull in, there will be a person directing you to park near the pavilion. You will park next to the pavilion, then walk into the pavilion to check in. You will be shown your vendor spot. You will unload, then move your vehicle. You must be ready to sell by 10 am. Any vendor tearing down early will be banned from all future shows of Miller Promotions.
